Spray metallization
We are pleased to inform our current and future customers that we have launched machine parts regeneration services using spray metallization methods. Metallization is a technology recognized worldwide and is a part of modern materials engineering.
Spray metallization, or the application of coatings by thermal spraying, involves melting and atomizing the coating material into fine particles and then accelerating them at the exit of the torch so that when they strike the surface being coated, they have sufficient energy to adhere to it.
The heat source necessary to melt the metal in the form of a wire or powder can be a gas flame, an electric arc, or a plasma arc, which is why thermal spraying is distinguished:
- flame (gas)
- arc
- plasma.
Our company has all of the above-mentioned methods.
We have modern equipment that allows us to recondition worn plungers, shafts, pistons, and journals. As a company with many years of experience, we perform pre- and post-reconditioning machining of components.
For users of unique and large-scale machines and equipment, reconditioning is a very beneficial way to restore them to full functionality.
Our primary goal is to restore surfaces to their nominal dimensions, which is particularly important when installing bearings and seals.
Through careful material selection in consultation with the client, we can also improve the properties of original parts using materials such as molybdenum, high-chromium steels, aluminum bronze, or bearing alloy. Each case is individually assessed and implemented.
Excellent results are ensured by our competent staff and technical equipment, which allow us to carry out processes in accordance with the highest global standards.
