Grinding

Grinding is a finishing process in which, using abrasive tools, we give a workpiece a precise dimension and shape, and achieve very low surface roughness values.

Our machinery includes grinders for grinding very long shafts and holes. By using high-quality abrasive tools and precision machinery, we ensure repeatable and high-quality processing according to specific requirements in both hard and soft materials. We also grind demanding tungsten carbide welds.

Grinding range:

– shafts up to 500 mm in diameter,

– shafts up to 6400 mm in length,

– grinding of internal diameters after individual verification.

Dimensions outside the above-mentioned range are possible after individual verification.
