Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: a) taking steps to conclude and perform a contract to which you are a party, b) settlement, vindication and defense in the event of mutual claims, c) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on ELKREM LTD
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purpose indicated in par. 2 above is:a) taking steps to conclude and perform a contract to which you are a party (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
b) fulfillment of legal obligations by ELKREM LTD including keeping and storing tax books and documents related to keeping tax books and storing accounting documents (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). The legal basis for data processing are legal obligations resulting from tax regulations (Tax Ordinance, Value Added Tax Act, Corporate Income Tax Act) and accounting regulations (Accounting Act),
c) legally justified interest of ELKREM LTD (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) – for the purpose of handling, settlement, vindication and defending against mutual claims;
Your personal data may be disclosed by ELKREM LTD to entities cooperating with it (recipients), in particular entities providing accounting services, delivery of correspondence, personal and property protection, legal, debt collection and archiving services.
Your personal data is processed for the duration of the contract and the period stipulated by law, not less than until the expiry of mutual claims under the contract.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
You have the following rights related to processing of personal data:- the right to access your data, – the right to rectify personal data,
– the right to delete personal data or limit processing,- the right transfer data,
– the right to object,
– the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization, nor will it be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.

Your personal data provided to ELKREM LTD are: name and surname, position, contact details, data contained in your documents confirming your rights and qualifications.
Your personal data may be processed by ELKREM LTD, depending on the type of cooperation, for the following purposes:
a) performance of obligations under the contract, including the performance of the contract, exchange of correspondence, control of the proper performance of the contract, settlement of the contract, compliance with the principles of confidentiality and occupational health and safety regulations,
b) settlement, vindication and defense in the event of claims,
c) fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on ELKREM LTD
The legal basis for the processing your personal data by ELMREM LTD, depending on the type of cooperation, for the purposes indicated in paragraph 4 above is:
a) fulfillment of legal obligations (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR)incumbent on ELKREM LTD on the basis of legal regulations,
b) legally justified interest of ELKREM LTD (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) – handling, vindication and defense in the event of claims.
Your personal data may be disclosed by ELKREM LTD to entities cooperating with it, in particular entities providing correspondence delivery services, personal and property protection services, providing health and safety services, legal and archiving services.
Your personal data is processed for the period stipulated by law, not shorter than until the claims under the contract expire or until the time limits for claims related to the contract expire.
